A. No problem, if it is in any way recyclable we will take it.
| Q. How long will I have to wait for my vehicle to be picked up? |
A. We will pick up your vehicle within 48 hours unless there are special conditions such as

A. You do not need a title but will need to sign a release form.

A. We provide service to all of greater Southern California. We will be expanding in the

| Q. If I have several vehicles to be removed, can you still help me? |
A. Of course! If you need multiple vehicles picked up you may enter them into our online
form individually or enter one and discuss it with your personal agent when contacted.

| Q. Do I receive any money for my junk vehicle? How do I qualify? |
A. We offer a free service to remove your unwanted junk vehicles but we understand that
some vehicles still have a value beyond the value of scrap metal. We offer cash for these
vehicles depending upon year, make, model, condition and type of vehicle it is.
In order to qualify for cash payment you will need to have title/certificate of ownership to
show you have a right to sell it and it must have some value beyond the cost of scrap metal.
( If you aren't sure, it's ok, our quote specialist will be able to tell you what it's worth).

| Q. The vehicle I have is not mine, but was abandoned on my property. Can you still remove it? |
A. Yes, but you must sign a release form.
| Q. If the vehicle is at a different location than I am, can you still remove it? |
A. Yes, as long as it is located within our service area and we receive the proper
paperwork before or during pick up. You can arrange this with your Junk Your Car Free

A. Yes, you will be provided with a receipt when the vehicle is picked up.
| Q. Do I need to be present when the vehicle is picked up? |
A. Special arrangements can be made with your agent. Once we have the proper
paperwork you do not need to be present.

| Q. Can I junk my vehicle even if I have unpaid parking tickets. |
A. Yes, we can accept the vehicle but you will still be responsible for the tickets

| Q. Can I receive a tax deduction for my vehicle? |
A. No, at this time we do not offer a tax deduction as we are not affiliated with any
